snowshoeing is a great alternative to skiing.
Snowshoe along the edges of the groomed trail network, follow single
track
trails to vantage points like the Crow's Nest, or forge your own
trail -
its all available at Soldier Hollow.
Rentals are available for $15
for adults and $8 for children, with trail passes $10 for adults and
$5 for juniors. Snow boots are also available for rent for $10 for
adults and $5 for juniors.
