Each year the Heber Valley Pow-wow has attracted visitors to Heber Valley from around the world. The Pow-wow is a unique opportunity to view a range of traditional dance styles and regalia, as well as to hear storytellers, and see Native American arts and crafts. Visitors can purchase directly from Native American artists who come from throughout the United States. Visitors may also sample authentic Native American Tacos, Traditional frybread and other tasty foods at the celebration, so bring your appetite.
June 27-29, 2008, will mark the Pow-Wow's 3rd year at the beautiful scenic location of Soldier Hollow. For this three-day period, Soldier Hollow will be host to many nations within the United States coming together to share dance, food and art. We hope to see you there at this colorful lively celebration, we call Pow-Wow. In 2006, the Pow Wow was joined by a major Mountain Man Rendezvous, "which historically go hand in hand".
